Elite Management Professionals (Elite) partners with the Board of Directors to administer and support the policies of the community through a variety of services. Elite is accountable for collections of monies for assessments and other community services, paying the bills, maintaining amenities access, vendor management, monthly violations inspections, administering the architectural process, consulting with the Board, and communicating with the Village at Rolesville (VAR) owners.

Our Community Managers:

Community Manager – Jason Wright is the manager for your association.  Manager responsibilities include Community-wide communications, interacting with your Board of Directors, the administration of all contracts and projects, management of the association’s financials, ad rule and guideline enforcement. var@elite-mgmt.com 

Assistant Community Manager – Kelly Forrestal assists with the day-to-day management of your community, including answering homeowner questions and acting as your point of contact for all the architectural change applications.

What are the hours of operation for the pool and tennis court?
Check our Amenities page for the hours of operation. Hours are subject to seasonal changes.

Can I host a party at the pool?
You can make a reservation for a pool party through your Elite account.

Can I bring guests to the pool?
Each adult is entitled to bring two guests to the pool by using their guest pool pass that is mailed to each homeowner.

How do I communicate with Elite?
